Description
Cake beautiful chocolate color, but without the cocoa, with crunchy nuts and citrus notes, raisins, honey, prunes and... a carrot. My imagination, surpassed all my expectations. And most importantly, my husband liked it. He suggested the name.

Cooking
Peel the carrot and grate on a fine grater. Raisins and dried prunes pour boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Beat eggs with sugar, butter and honey.
Sift gradually the flour and soda, so the dough should be viscous. Add the carrots.
With raisins and prunes to drain the water, dry with a napkin. Raisins, roll in flour, prunes cut into strips, add to the dough.
Put the dough in the form, sprinkle with nuts. I lightly shredded in a blender, and turned large and smaller.
Bake until dry matches at 180 degrees. It took me an hour, you're guided by your oven.
The cake is well risen, the aroma was overpowering.
Peanuts fried. My husband does not like nuts in baked goods, but on top, but still crispy and he loved it.
