Cooking
Sift the flour, add the salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar. mix well with a whisk.
Peaches wash, dry, remove the seeds and cut into medium pieces.
The softened butter vzbit with sugar until smooth. In baking I like to use brown sugar, but ordinary white also suitable. Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one at a time.
In the oil-jaychou mixture add the flour and beat again that would be no lumps.
Add the peaches and stir with a spatula.
Form (I have 20 cm in diameter) grease with butter and sprinkle with flour, put dough and fruit spread. In a separate bowl mix 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 40 g almond petals.
Sprinkle almond mixture the entire surface of the pie.
Bake in a preheated 180* C (350*F) oven for about 40 minutes.
