A simple pie with peaches from Elena Chekalova
Well, really probably the easiest cake I ever baked. But what tasty and tender! Especially useful for beginners mistresses.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    40 g

Cooking

Sift the flour, add the salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar. mix well with a whisk.

Peaches wash, dry, remove the seeds and cut into medium pieces.

The softened butter vzbit with sugar until smooth. In baking I like to use brown sugar, but ordinary white also suitable. Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one at a time.

Bake in a preheated 180* C (350*F) oven for about 40 minutes.
