Called it a meat dish my youngest daughter. Prepared in a slow cooker and doesn't require much attention, but it turns out juicy, spicy, appetizing and delicious!!!

Ingredients

    1.5 kg

  • Sauce

    200 g

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.5 cup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

Crank grinder cutlet beef.

Add teriyaki sauce, sunflower seeds.

Add in minced buckwheat flakes.
