Meat baked with Lecho
I want to offer you a recipe of meat baked in a spicy marinade. Meat cooked this way turns out juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Lecho

    2 cup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Ingredients for marinade of meat.

Meat rinse and dry by blotting with a paper towel. Pieces, slightly discourage.

Spices crush in a mortar and add the herbs. Mix well.

Lecho grind in a blender. Garlic finely grate.

Lecho, garlic and spices with the herbs mix.

Meat put into a small package, pour it Lecho.

Tie the package node and shake well. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

To remove the meat from the package, add salt and put in a sleeve for baking. To engage with both edges and put on a baking sheet. Bake the meat at 180" in about 1.5 hours.

Sleeve to uncover and roast for another 10-20 min. so the meat browned.

To remove the meat from the oven, but not out of the sleeve. After 10-15 minutes the meat will absorb some of the juice and become juicier.
