Long cupcakes I used brown sugar Mistral Demerara
For the dough beat the butter, orange zest and sugar until airy.
Beat the egg, add the flour with the baking powder, mix well. Add chopped walnuts and freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix thoroughly.
The dough is spread out on paper the forms and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
In this time, prepare the cream: beat the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and whipping cream. When half of the powdered sugar is added to the cream, pour the milk, continue to whip the cream and gradually add the powdered sugar. In cream, you can add the dye. Put cream in pastry bag and put into the refrigerator to cool.
