Aioli. When we were on vacation, tried this sauce, and yesterday, unable to forget its taste, cooked it myself. There it is spread on toast and served with fish soup, with shrimp, with any marine life, with potatoes or meat.

Cooking
For making mayonnaise need a blender.
Deep in the glass of a blender put all ingredients except vegetable oil. Now pour all the ingredients with oil.
At the bottom to omit blender and start whisking on maximum speed, gradually climbing up.
Served with potatoes, to seafood or meat
