Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil chicken until cooked and finely chop. Mushrooms peel and chop the onions finely crumble.

Saute the onion in vegetable oil, then add the boiled mushrooms or forest mushrooms and cook until evaporated water.

Add chicken, salt, pepper and remove from heat.

On a dry pan fry the flour until Golden brown, add the cream, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

Connect with mushrooms and fillet and remove from heat.

Pour the mixture in ramekins, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake Julien in the oven at 180° C for about 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
