Vegetables in bread
A delicious and festive dish. It is, of course, you can do a La carte, but a large number of people is best done in a large bujanoc.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread

    1 piece

Cooking

For this recipe you can take a batch of scones, but I took a large round bread, fresh from the oven.

Cut off the top, take out the crumb, leaving a wall.

Eggplant wash and cut into cubes.

Pepper also cut into cubes.

Onion arbitrarily.

Potato cubes. Cutting the size of the vegetables at your discretion, but not worth much to granulate.

On one pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until almost cooked fry the eggplant and pepper.

In another pan fry until almost cooked potatoes and onions.

All mix in one pan. Add the tomatoes, cutting them into 4 pieces.

Add the soy sauce Kikkoman, garlic, pepper and salt to taste. Keep on heat for 2 min. Put all in the bread and grilled it in the oven bake for 15 mins at 180 - 200 deg. Optionally add the pieces of butter. Just this way to cook vegetables, not laying them on the bread.
