Friends, I want to share with you another recipe pancakes. Traditionally the pancakes are served with maple syrup (you can file them with honey), and I want you to offer them a wonderful Apple topping! This topping is wonderful on the taste - sweet, pleasant, aromatic... in addition, it can be used not only for pancakes, but to submit to our pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes, it will be in good company with ice cream or cheerios. Cooking
First, prepare the Apple topping. Two large apples peel and cut into small slices.
In a small saucepan, mix the apples, 0,5 stack. sugar, 0.5 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp water. If using spices, add to taste ground cardamom, cloves and allspice. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After boiling, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 6-10 minutes.
The apples should be soft (but not soft after boiling!), and the syrup to thicken. Ready topping remove from heat and cool slightly.
Prepare pancake. In a bowl, mix 1 egg 240 ml milk 0.5 tsp. vanilla essence and 1/4 Cup. vegetable oil. Lightly beat with a fork.
In another bowl, mix 1.5 Cup. flour, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp (or more) of sugar, mix well.
To combine dry and liquid mixture quickly and not very thoroughly.
To proceed immediately to baking. The pan is well heated and slightly (!) grease with vegetable oil. Pour into the pan small portions of the dough, about 1 tbsp 1 pancake. Oven over medium heat!
Pancake should be approximately 8-10 cm in diameter. Bake on both sides until cooked. Bake quickly.
Submit the finished pancake stacks 3-5 PCs with Apple topping.
