Honey-lemon cake
Fragrant and soft cupcake will give you a good mood for the whole day. The combination of honey and spices of the middle East points to the roots of the recipe. This cake is very well kept and in a couple of days will be even tastier.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    225 g

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a bowl pour the flour, salt, soda and spices.

On low heat melt the honey with butter, lemon juice and zest. Stir until smooth.

Do in the center of the flour mixture deepening and pour our honey-oil mixture. All mix well.

Whisk eggs with milk and small portions pour in the dough, all a good stir.

Put the dough in shape and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. The cake will rise and will bounce under your fingers.

Heat the ingredients for the syrup. Cut off the tops, as I am, or pierce it with a match the whole cake and pour hot syrup all the product. Leave the cake to cool down.
