Cooking
1. Fill a pot with enough water and boil spaghettini in salted water until "al dente". Simultaneously prosciutto crudo (Parma ham) cut into small squares.
2. The flowers are washed, if necessary (very carefully, they are tender, I usually use a damp cloth), slightly dry and cut into 4 parts.
3. Two spoons of butter a little fry prosciutto, add flowers and fry for another two minutes.
4. Melt the remaining two tablespoons of oil and fry the flour until Golden brown. Pour the cream or milk, add a spoonful of soy sauce and cook over medium heat until thick. But no need to sagomate too much, otherwise the pasta will turn out dry.
5. Mix the sauce and the prosciutto with flowers. Add all to spaghettini and mix thoroughly.
6. If desired, garnish with Basil leaves and serve immediately.
