Meat casserole
Prepare your mouth-watering, meat-eaters are meat casseroles, stuffed vegetable dressing and decorated with Ratatouille-roses. Very appetizing and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Pepper

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic powder

    0.25 tsp

  • Basil

    0.25 tsp

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.333 tsp

  • Basil

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    120 g

  • Eggplant

    120 g

  • Zucchini

    120 g

Cooking

Onion, bell pepper and tomatoes finely chop and saute in vegetable oil until tender. Season with garlic powder and Basil.

Mix all ingredients minced meat.

Half of the meat spread in greased tins in a thin layer.

In the middle put a vegetable dressing.

From the top to close the remaining meat.

Slice the eggplant, zucchini and tomato in thin slices and salt.

Folded slices of eggplant, zucchini and tomato on top of each other and rolled into a roll.
