Description
Spicy Turkey fillet, marinated in soy pomegranate sauce with ginger and curry. Tender, juicy meat goes well with baked apples and onions. These skewers can be cooked with chicken.

Cooking
Turkey fillet cut into large pieces.
Add the soy and pomegranate sauces. Pour the spices.
Mix well. Cover and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
Onion cut into 4 parts. Pour soy sauce.
Apple cut into large cubes.
Wooden skewers pre-soak in water that the tips are not burned. Strung, alternating, Turkey, onion and Apple.
Fry kebabs on medium heat.
