                        Great hot sauce, suitable for meat, fish and poultry dishes! Not a diet, but a great alternative to the usual mayonnaise.

                            The yolks, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, passed through press, whisk until homogenous. (You can do this immersion blender, but I don't. )                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            That's the kind of consistency it turns out the sauce. Continuing to whisk, pour it into the oil. I mixed olive and sunflower oil in the glass.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            At the very end add salt and pepper. The sauce is ready. It is great for meat, fish and poultry dishes!
