Opened as a jar of foam and realized that you can drink it don't want to... not to throw it in the fridge... lay pork and awaited their fate... so I decided to try to marinate in beer... the meat is tender, delicious... and the scent when roasting just mind-boggling...

Pork cut into pieces Large small, square, bar... in one word as you wish
We put the meat in the bowl. Pour 2st. L. soy sauce, pepper and beer to cover meat. Leave to marinate for a few hours. I usually leave for the night.
Fry in small amount of vegetable oil. The main thing is not to overcook! The smell is just mind-blowing...
