Fish with cucumber yogurt
Very tasty fish with the refreshing cucumber sauce. This sauce is suitable not only for fish, but to rice, and vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    0.5 piece

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil the rice according to instructions.

Mix orange (or lemon) zest with Basil.

Sprinkle over the fish.

RUB mixture into fish flesh, and then from all sides lubricate with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then put on a heated pan and fry 3-4 minutes until Golden brown.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a teaspoon, chop the flesh and mix it with the yogurt.

Add orange (or lemon) juice to taste, mint (or oregano), and 1/4 of the Chile. Drizzle with olive oil.

Lightly season with salt and pepper.

The fish is ready serve with rice and cucumber Yoghurt, sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
