Sauce
Shakshouka sauce perfect for any dish, meat, fish, potatoes, eggs. Setim sauce turns a rich Breakfast combined with scrambled eggs. Offer to cook and try, sure you will like it. The sauce refers to the Jewish kitchen. Combined with the scrambled egg dish called Matbucha.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    8 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings and fry adding paprika.

Pepper cut into dice finely.

Add the pepper to the sauteed onions. Mix well and fry on a slow fire stirring occasionally.

Add the finely chopped chilli and crushed garlic.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to peppers and onions. If you wish, you can remove the skin from the tomato ( I didn't removed )

Add salt and cumin.

Cover and steam on low heat for three hours. I periodically opened the lid after three hours to evaporates the liquid.
