Crostata with apples and pears
A delicious alternative to Apple pie ; -) Very soulful cake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Almonds

  • Flour

    275 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp
