Fast vegetable stew with rice in honey-soy dressing
Spicy stew with a very tasty dressing. The dish is prepared quickly, but how much fun!

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Cabbage Chinese

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

Cooking

Boil the rice until ready in salted water. Not to digest is important. The rice should be crumbly!

Scrape the carrots and cut into half rings.

Wash the zucchini, also cut into half rings.

Thaw Brussels sprouts.

Half Kachan cabbage cut in half and chop it.

In a pan pour a little water and spread layers of vegetables, prisalivaya and peppering each of the layers: carrot, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes bring to boil and simmer until tender 10-15 minutes from the time boiling under a lid and on small fire. I did use a steamer.

Until cooked, make the dressing: soy sauce, pour into a separate Cup.
