Spicy stew with a very tasty dressing. The dish is prepared quickly, but how much fun!

Cooking
Boil the rice until ready in salted water. Not to digest is important. The rice should be crumbly!
Scrape the carrots and cut into half rings.
Wash the zucchini, also cut into half rings.
Half Kachan cabbage cut in half and chop it.
In a pan pour a little water and spread layers of vegetables, prisalivaya and peppering each of the layers: carrot, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes bring to boil and simmer until tender 10-15 minutes from the time boiling under a lid and on small fire. I did use a steamer.
Until cooked, make the dressing: soy sauce, pour into a separate Cup.
Measure out the honey and carefully rubs to completely dissolve the honey. It's better to use a liquid honey.
Mix with boiled friable rice with prepared vegetables.
Add dressing. Again gently stir.
Allow to infuse for 15 minutes and served to the table or Mat in nature! ;)
