Apples from potatoes
And festive, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Potatoes and carrots peeled, cut into medium-sized pieces and boil in salted water until tender.

Thoroughly crushed, add a little pepper and nutmeg, pressed garlic, butter (you can substitute vegetable - 3 tbsp) and stir. The resulting mass is slightly cool, and then divide into 6-8 pieces.

Cabbage finely chop, fry in vegetable oil with chopped onion until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.

From every part of the potato pulp to make a tortilla, put some cabbage (soup)

and roll into a ball. Give it a slightly oblong shape, on all sides, sprinkle with semolina. Make two hollows with a match top and bottom.

Protiven grease with oil, put potato apples, bake in preheated oven at 220*C for 7-10 minutes. At the bottom a hole to stick a carnation, and at the top to insert the Bay leaf. Serve hot.
