Sauce
My husband claims that mushroom sauce, it is ready to eat even the sole))). I often prepare mushroom sauce. This is one of the options.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

  • Spices

  • Seasoning

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the flour.

Lightly fry.

Gradually pour hot water, stirring carefully to avoid lumps. Add salt and pepper.

Add minced mushrooms (I have homework - mushroom spawn). Simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour the cream, add the lemon juice, seasoning and garlic passed through the press. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Yolks lightly whisk, add to sauce, stir and remove the sauce from heat.
