Another variation on the theme of puff pastry and béchamel sauce: very unusual and delicious combination!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    100 g

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Green onions

Defrost the puff pastry is ready.

At this time, prepare the filling for our nests. Cut into cubes of ham and tomatoes.

Love to cook Bechamel sauce. In a small saucepan heat oil, add flour, stir half a minute, then pour in the hot milk, continuing to stir, season with salt and pepper, cook 1-2 minutes.
