Eggplant stuffed
It turns out very tasty. Can be used as casual as a festive dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until slightly Golden. To the onions add the finely chopped meat ( pieces about 1x1 cm). Fry for 7-12 minutes.

Eggplant cut lengthwise into two parts. Cut out from them pulp, obtained as a kind of "boat". Pumps sprinkle with lemon juice. The pulp finely chop.

Add chopped pulp to the onion and meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry for 5-10 minutes.

Fried to the finished stuffing add cheese, diced. The resulting filling is spread in a "boat".

Tomato cut into thin rings, spread on the filling. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
