Ball
"Debut"- because my first recipe. Over the filling and dough left, and a piece of chicken no one to eat up. Here came the idea!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

  • Chicken fillet

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Fat

  • Butter

Pinch off dough balls the size of a walnut. Left to rise. Make the filling: breast, bacon, garlic and herbs (I had cilantro) was milled in a blender. I added 2 tablespoons of broth, but it was too dry out. Balls of dough make lepeshechki on them with a spoon spread the filling and a piece of butter to make it juicier.
