The meatballs quinoa
Cereal the meatballs with fresh Basil and feta - simple and healthy food; they can be served as a separate dish and as a garnish. We liked these Quincke - prepared them with different types of onions (bulb, green and leeks) - all good.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Feta

    50 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Basil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mix the egg, cream and breadcrumbs and leave to swell for a few minutes.

Chop the onion, Basil and garlic; chop the feta and mix all ingredients with cooked quinoa. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, to form eight small patties.

Fry on medium heat for a few minutes on each side until Golden brown.
