Rhubarb pie
All povarenkov congratulations on Mother's day! Offer a unique combination of tart rhubarb with a sweet protein cream!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    1 pack

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Rhubarb

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

The dough is very simple and always work. To the flour add baking powder, soft margarine, sugar and knead.

Add the egg yolks, sour cream and knead.

The finished dough put into the form.

Rhubarb peel and cut into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Put on the dough slices of rhubarb and put in oven for 25 minutes.

Whisk whites with a powder, spread on the finished cake

Put the pie in the oven for 2-3 minutes...
