Hooked I on Italian cuisine, I have to admit... it is very delicious, beautiful and easy! And the food is quite affordable. I represent to your attention another simple and quick recipe, which is able to handle even the young mistress.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions to clear, cut the ham into small pieces.

Onions sliced it finely, grate the cheese on a grater.

Sauté ham and onion in olive oil until it will turn brown.

Pour the paprika and add the tomato, mix thoroughly and keep on heat for another few minutes.

Next, pour rice, pour 250 ml of broth and cook at high heat 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then add half of the grated cheese, salt, and pour in the remaining broth and keep on low heat until the rice is tender (10-15 min.)

Preheat the oven to 200*C. the resulting mass is put into a form, add the remaining cheese and bake until Golden brown.

To serve the dish better with a light vegetable salad.
