Fish and vegetable cutlets
Very tender and tasty cakes.

Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

  • Cabbage

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Spices

Fillet (I take cod) to grind the meat.

Vegetables to RUB on a small grater, add to the fillet.

Add to the minced egg, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and spices (because the meat turns out very juicy, then I add 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs) and mix well with a spoon.

To form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat on both sides until cooked.
