Turkey fillet with chanterelle mushrooms in a soy-mustard sauce
This dish belongs to the category of my crown, as it is prepared very easy and always turns out. And most importantly, is tender and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Turkey

    5 slice

  • Salt

  • Flour

Cut Turkey fillet into small pieces.

A little salt and pepper.

Prepare the sauce-marinade. Here are all the necessary ingredients.

Mix in a bowl the soy sauce, mustard, press out the garlic and add lemon juice. All mix well, then add olive oil and seasoning for chicken.

Pour this sauce over the Turkey, stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

While the Turkey is marinating, fry the chanterelles. A little pepper and salt.

Put the Turkey on the fire, first fry lightly and then stew on low heat for 20 minutes.

When the meat becomes soft, add the roasted chanterelles and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

At the end, mix half a Cup of water with a teaspoon of flour and add to the Turkey, to thicken the sauce.
