Cinnamon cookies with dried cherries
Fragrant delicate crumbly biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Cherry

    1 handful

Cooking

To the softened butter add the cane sugar, grind until smooth.

Add rum, egg, grind.

Sift in a bowl the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon.

Knead the dough. Enter dried cherries, knead again.

The finished dough wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut felling for biscuit figures. Put the cut biscuits on the baking paper, before brushing it with vegetable oil.
