Description
Coulibiac with cabbage is very similar to the skits that my grandmother is baking in the Russian oven.

Cooking
Shred the cabbage for the filling, blanch for 5-7 minutes, then cool.
Boiled eggs finely chop for the filling.
Mix cabbage, eggs, butter, salt and mix well.
Roll the dough into a reservoir, on the middle put the prepared filling, then the edges of the reservoir to take.
Baking tray lay a foil, put the pie seam side down and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven until cooked (~ 20 minutes).
