Golden carp with curry flavor
Fried carp with fried onions. Curry gives the fish a spicy flavor and a Golden color.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Curry

  • Ginger

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

Cooking

Carp to clean and separate the head (for the fish soup!), cut into serving pieces.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add ginger. To podstavit for a few minutes in a cool place.

Fry the chopped onion in the heated vegetable oil pan.

Put it in a separate bowl.

In the same pan add the vegetable oil. Prepare the batter: add flour to the curry and stir.

Coat pieces of fish in breadcrumbs...

and fry on medium heat...

before formation of a ruddy crust.

All the dish is ready!

Can be served with baked potatoes, sprinkled with fried onions..
