Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Onion

  • Green onions

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

Gotovim the stuffing: finely shinkuem cabbage, grind it with salt, add chopped green onion and dill.

Mushrooms and onion cut into slices overcook minced in the butter, add the cabbage.

Knead the dough: whisk eggs with salt, add mayonnaise, flour, continuing to mix, baking powder. The dough should be like batter.

Grease the pan with oil, turn on the oven, on a baking sheet pour half of the dough, then the filling, top with second half of dough.

Bake in oven at 160 degrees for 40 minutes, until browned.
