Pancakes with currants
The trick to these pancakes is that after removing them from the pan they don't fall off, but remain thick and lush.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Red currants

    100 g

Cooking

In flour, add citric acid and baking soda, mix well.

2 mix the eggs with sugar, add salt. Add eggs and sour milk to the flour. Add milk little by little to the dough is like thick cream. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Add red currants to the dough and very gently stir so the berries do not burst.

Warm a pan with oil. To remove the fire on low and place the pancakes. Fry on low for 10 minutes, the pancakes rise and cooked through.

Then turn over onto another side and, at a minimum, dozharit 7-8 minutes.
