Muffin banana walnut
The refrigerator has long lay the bananas that no one wanted to eat, that turned out VERY tender, soft and flavorful muffin... Judge for yourself...

Ingredients

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Nuts

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

Chop with a knife nuts (I had hazelnuts).

In a blender, chop the bananas (you can plug).

To the bananas add the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, vegetable oil and sugar, mix well.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.

Into flour mixture pour in the banana mixture, add nuts (save some for topping) and cognac. All stir well.

Long and deep form of grease, lay a baking paper, pour the batter. Sprinkle with nuts.

In a preheated 160 C oven bake for 1 hour. Cool cupcake needs in the mold for about 20 minutes.
