A make liver pancakes and cakes. And I really liked the idea of making a cross cake. Very convenient to eat, and "cream" you can dream up.

Beef liver

Mayonnaise

Mushrooms

Cooking
Liver, onion, Apple (I have a banana put in, but it's not for everybody) mince.
Add 2 egg yolks, flour, salt and seasoning to taste. Whip the whites and fold into the stuffing.
I for the "cream" of roasted onions and mushrooms, mixed with mayonnaise. Spread the stuffing in a heated pan and fry pancakes on both sides. Then a crumpet spread "cream" and close second.
