Shrimps in sauce
On the website there is a recipe sauce "Piri Piri", my version differs according to the composition and writing of "Peri Peri"! Spicy shrimp with yogurt sauce and mint, I think, will appeal to seafood lovers! Can be served hot or cold, as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    1 kg

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Mint

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Finely cut the garlic and fry in butter 3 min.

Finely cut red pepper and fry in olive oil 3 min.

Mix both the contents.

Shrimp I took already cleaned.

Pour the shrimp marinade and leave for 20 minutes.

While marinated prawns, make sauce. Mix the Greek yoghurt with shredded mint, salt, pepper to taste. The sauce is ready.

Spread shrimp on a well-heated pan, fry until cooked 5 minutes. Serve with the sauce. Bon appetit!
