Butter and sour cream muffins
Soft cakes based on butter and cream, with the addition of black currant will delight you in these festive days of Christmas! Cozy winter evening to drink tea with this fragrant and very tasty pastries.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Black currants

    0.25 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Take what is useful to us for cupcakes. The cream and butter need to get it out of the fridge. Currants to defrost.

Melt butter and allow to cool a little. Whisk egg and add sugar, bring to a thick foam.

Then add sour cream at room temperature.

Combine the flour with the baking powder. Creamy sour cream mixture, put in the dishes, where do we make the dough. Sift flour mixed with baking powder gradually.

Knead the dough. Take molds. I took silicone and dough forms. Spread 2/3 of the height of the forms. Thawed currants need to dry from moisture and push the berries on top of the dough. Sprinkle on top the muffins with a little sugar. Put to bake in preheated oven until t 180 C for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Cupcakes ready beautiful and fragrant. Removing them from the oven and allow to cool.

I put the cupcakes on a dish in paper molds. The top is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
