Baked Turkey breast with rice

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    300 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 tsp

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

Breast, cut into small strips and pickle in a mixture of mustard, salt, pepper, spices and 3 tsp vegetable oil, all mix well and leave for 15 minutes.

In melted butter saute onions and carrots until Golden brown.
