Meat patties with zucchini
I like to add in minced meat and vegetables (cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes.., actually, on that fancy enough). Here, try to add the zucchini. Cutlets, obtained by "air& amp;quot; and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    250 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream cheese

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Zucchini clean from kajici and grate, squeeze out excess moisture.

Onions finely shinkuem.

Add in minced zucchini, onion, cream cheese, dill, eggs and semolina. Knead the dough well, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180*, form patties and put on baking tray, bake 20 minutes. Recipe cutlets should be fried on both sides until Golden brown, but I prefer to bake.

Serve with mashed potatoes. Bon Appetit!
