Pie with apples and strategem
Tender and delicious cake with juicy apples and crunchy peanut strategem. Fluffy dough on the corn meal just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Corn flour

    180 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

First, prepare your streusel. Nuts chopped not too shallow that the pieces felt. Mix the nuts with sugar and flour, grind with chopped cold butter to the crumbs. Put into the refrigerator until dough is ready.

Beat butter with sugar white.

One by one enter the eggs, beating well each with butter. Add sour cream and knead on low speed of mixer.

Pour the sifted twice the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Gently at low speed of mixer, stir in the flour until a soft delicate dough.

Apples peel and cut into large slices. It is very convenient to use the toilet. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar, mix well. In a greased and laid the parchment form put the dough, raise it to the bumpers. Lay the apples on the diameter of the form rows between the rows of strategem. The remainder is generously sprinkled on top.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender. The edges of the cake is Golden and starts to lag behind the form. If streusel start to burn, the form should cover with foil.
