Description
These pancakes are not quite the usual form, but that's not all. Strips of grilled bacon inside make them even and very tasty. Help yourself.
Ingredients

Milk

Flour
130 g

Yeast
1 tsp

Chicken egg

Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp

1 tsp

Salt
0.5 tsp

Bacon
300 g
Cooking
Mix milk, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. The flour and yeast mix. To connect the two parts and knead the dough. Close and allow to rise the dough in a warm place about 30 minutes.
Bacon to fry a little on a hot pan.
Pan greased with oil, reheat and pour the dough an oval shape slightly longer and more bacon. Put on top of a strip of bacon and drown slightly in the test. On top put the dough in zigzag lines.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown. Serve immediately.
