Muffins with pear and candied ginger
The original cupcake with the spicy taste of ginger and cinnamon, with notes of honey and an amazing aroma! Amazing with a Cup of hot tea on a cold winter evening!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Oat flakes

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Butter "e" is mixed with honey and sugar, melt in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Beat milk with egg.

Oatmeal grind, mix with baking powder sifted with the flour, chopped candied ginger, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2 a liquid mixture with the dry mix, knead the dough thin. Form cake pan greased with butter, pour into it the dough.

Pears cut in half, cut out seeds. Halves to spread a little pushing in the dough, cut up. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 40-45 minutes.
