Yeast fritters with NAPA cabbage
Pancakes with cabbage? And why not! For a change I decided to add to the dough fried cabbage with onions. Was pleased with the result. Pancakes turned out fluffy, tender and very tasty! Help yourself, dear Cooks!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In warm milk add yeast and sugar, stir and leave for 5-10 minutes to activate yeast.

Add the sifted flour, salt, egg. Mix well beaters until smooth to avoid lumps of dough.

Cover with cling film and put in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes. I clean the oven, preheated to 50 degrees.

Onion cut into small dice. Cabbage finely chop.

Pan put on fire, add half of the butter. As soon as the butter melts, add the onion and fry on low heat for 5 minutes, avoiding roasted.

To the onions add the remaining butter, cabbage and then 10-15 minutes. If cabbage is not very juicy, add a couple of tablespoons of hot water. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and allow to cool.

In approaching the dough add the cabbage.

Mix well so that the cabbage in the test were distributed evenly. Let stand for 15 minutes.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and bake pancakes.

The finished pancakes immediately and serve. Very tasty with cold sour cream. Bon appetit!
