Cupcake with cheese, raisins and rosemary
Cupcake with a surprisingly rich taste and aroma, does not require any add-ons in addition to a cozy Christmas environment and a glass of light wine.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Raisins

    2 handful

  • Rosemary

    3 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Grate cheese on a small grater, with rosemary to remove the leaves and coarsely chop.

Beat eggs at high speed for two minutes.

To reduce the speed and pour in the milk and olive oil. Then add the flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.

With a spatula gently stir in grated cheese.

Then the orange zest, rosemary and raisins, sprinkled with a small amount of flour.

Put the dough into shape, greased and covered with parchment.

Bake at 180 degrees until dry sticks. It took me 35 minutes. The cake is very fragrant, tasty and beautiful in the cut.
