Pork with tomatoes and capers
The recipe was born in the process of experimenting with first purchased a jar of capers. My husband said that this is the best version of cooking meat he ever tasted, so I share with you, dear cooks :)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Capers

    4 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    80 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Onions finely chop and passeruem to a translucent state. Add to pan meat, cut into small cubes and fry on all sides for about five minutes.

Then pour the wine, add the spices and leave under cover until, until the liquid almost evaporates. Add chopped tomato and capers, stir, simmer under a lid for about three minutes (until the tomatoes become really soft)...
