Sorry I was being such a good and simple recipe of meat obtained, however, always tender and tasty, was missing unclaimed among my recipes. I decided it to post with photos. Good recipe and the fact that it is not necessary to constantly watch the meat, stirring it and looking under the lid, adding ingredients. Learned this recipe, almost all the time prepared his guests :-D : put the stew and set the table or make the salad! So, here are our products:
Cut meat into large serving pieces.
Tomatoes crushed in a blender. I already wrote that preparing meat in this recipe with asparagus instead of oranges and tomatoes is always delicious. Today I decided to take a half of a grapefruit. Also shredded it in a blender. Put all together in the wok, added all the spices and oil.
Put the frying pan on a high heat, put the meat, all thoroughly mixed and brought to boiling.
The fire was reduced to medium and with the lid closed, left it to stew for 1 hour (at least). Meanwhile, was engaged in pie. After 1 hour, 10 minutes opened the lid:
And sent to the SAI pre-chopped onions and peeled garlic:
Well all mixed up and forgot again on the hour. The fire was a little too big, the sauce has almost boiled away :(. A total of 2 hours with a tail, veal looked like this:
During this time, and the cake is baked and the rice was aterials. Posted meat:
Filed on the table. Meat podostyl, because in my opinion, not very pretty :(
I (honestly) meat combined with grapefruit is not very liked the sauce a little bitter. My husband liked it. The next time grapefruit will not use. Oranges, plums and tomatoes just great friends the veal! :-D ;-) Try it yourself!!
