Ingredients to prepare cake
From plums remove the seeds
The pastry sheets to defrost. Butter to melt. The sheet of dough to grease with melted butter.
Form for baking vystelit baking paper, coated with butter sheets of phyllo dough, spread in a baking pan on top of one another. Only 5-6 leaves. The edges of the dough should be hanging through the edge of the shape. The sheets of dough to put a plate of plums. Plum pagpalit starch, sprinkle with brown sugar. The edges of the dough to tuck to the center.
Optionally, sprinkle with melted butter 3-4 sheets of dough. Lay out the sheets of dough over plum filling folds to give a volume of beautiful cake. Bake pie at t180-190C for 40-50 min.
