Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar, add yogurt and vegetable oil.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, add sugar, semolina, cocoa, and salt. All are thoroughly mix and combine with the liquid ingredients. Knead well and at last add the chopped pieces of the chocolate and the cranberries.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dough in the form ( I, diameter 20 cm ) and bake until cooked, test with a wooden skewer. Baked manna in about 30 minutes.
Cold manna sprinkle with powdered sugar.
