This cake I bake every year in Post for many years!! We can say this recipe has become our family favorite recipe! Delicious juicy middle of the cake with lots of berries and base with a bit of aromatic crispy dough will hardly leave anyone indifferent!! If you love sand fragile dough and berry filling then this recipe is for you.

Cooking
In a saucepan put the currants and cherries (I have frozen, not thawed ).
Pour half a glass of water, add brown sugar. put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 5 min.
Drain berries in a sieve, collect the juice and cool.
In a bowl, mix both kinds of flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
Pour a glass ( Cup volume 200 ml) of vegetable oil"Oleina".
Add berries harvested juice (350 ml). Mix well.
Spread half of the dough in shape, smooth.
On top put the currants and cherries.
Again, the dough, flatten. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 min.
This pie I was served with chocolate sauce. To do this in a saucepan pour water (120 ml), add sugar, cocoa, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Separately in 50 ml of water to dissolve starch and pour it in a thin stream to the sauce, stirring, cook 1 min and remove from heat, cool.
